I think what this quote is saying the better you are in life than before will make you save time in life. Like for an example a momma  without her cups she is nothing without them at all. Everyone has to have a Goal I think everyone does …they want to become someone in life that’s a goal. A billionaire without money is like  a poor man without shelter. Also this quote means without the mans goal he cant function right. 

I could say this quote is similar to my 100+ Life planning Goals because I really want to become  someone in life, and in order to do that I need goals to accomplish that.
